Onda
Froth
Designed by Flavor Paper
Onda is a handscreened wallpaper that gracefully repeats down the wall. This design is a simplified interpretation of The Great Wave off Kanagawa, one of the most famous pieces from Japanese artist Hokusai's Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji (1830s). We've removed the imperiled boaters, allowing the primary wave to form a wonderful, continuous pattern.
The Froth colorway presents a soft, lovely interplay of greens. Light green foam crests sage green waves, which are outlined in olive green. These waves seem to float in a sea of light pink subtly infused with peach. The chrome Mylar substrate adds a glorious realistic sparkle, catching the light like sunglint along the wave ridges.
