Onda
Sudsy
Designed by Flavor Paper
Onda is a handscreened wallpaper that gracefully repeats down the wall. This design is a simplified interpretation of The Great Wave off Kanagawa, one of the most famous pieces from Japanese artist Hokusai's Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji (1830s). We've removed the imperiled boaters, allowing the primary wave to form a wonderful, continuous pattern.
The Sudsy colorway captures the look of white foam cresting sky blue waves. These waves are outlined in a subtle, metallic dark champagne and float in a periwinkle sea. The holographic Mylar substrate enhances this effect, providing a colorful sparkle that catches the light like sunglint across the wave ridges.
