PAYMENT TERMS

-    Full payment is required before order production for all customers.

-    We accept payment by credit card, check, ACH, and bank wire. Please make checks payable to: Flavor Paper, 216 Pacific Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201.

 

PRICING

-    All prices are in U.S. dollars, retail. Trade pricing is available to verified members.

-    Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges, as reflected on order invoices.

-    Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Please verify current pricing on flavorpaper.com, with your Flavor Paper representative, or by calling +1 (718) 422-0230, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

 

AVAILABILITY AND USE

-    Most of our wallpaper is Made-to-Order, with varying production lead times per product and method. Our standard lead time for inline products is 3 to 5 weeks for production after receipt of payment. For current lead time information, please contact us or check the product page on our website for details.

-    The suitability of wallpaper for any specific use is entirely at the purchaser's discretion.

-    No wallpaper can be guaranteed against oxidation or fading.

 

ORDERS

-    Please review your order and shipping address for accuracy as all sales are final.

-    Order confirmations are binding. Any changes to a paid order must be requested in writing and are subject to Flavor Paper’s approval.

-    Orders shipping to multiple destinations must be quoted and invoiced separately.

-    The minimum Trade order quantity is three (3) rolls or panels, with additional units sold in 1-roll or 1-panel increments.

-    Specification of cut sizes may be required to ensure project and installation needs are met.

-    Shipped wallpaper may deviate from samples due to the inherent nature of the handscreened production process. The Flavor Paper team takes great care during order production to ensure the finest quality wallpaper is delivered to our customers.

 

RETURN POLICY

-    All products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

-    No returns for overage will be accepted.

 

CLAIMS

-    Upon receipt of your order, confirm that you’ve received the correct item, colorway, and quantity.

-    Claims are prohibited once a wallpaper has been cut, marked, or treated.

-    Carefully inspect all wallcoverings before cutting. If no defect is evident before installation, the material should be reinspected after two (2) strips are installed. If any defect is evident, stop installation immediately and contact us. Do not proceed to hang additional material until Flavor Paper is notified.

-    Claims are not permitted for more than two (2) strips installed on the wall.

-    All claims must be submitted within 90 days of the order invoice paid date.

-    Claims for labor charges will not be accepted under any circumstance.

-    Flavor Paper is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, maintenance, or use.

 

SHIPPING

-    A signature is required upon delivery of all wallpaper orders.

-    Flavor Paper is not responsible for post-shipment delays or additional redirection fees incurred after dispatch.

-    Unless specified in writing, all shipments will be made through our chosen carrier.

-    International quotes are available upon request. Duties and taxes will be paid by the receiver unless paid in advance on the customer’s UPS or FedEx account.

-    All international shipments require a Certificate of Origin. There is a $50 fee and a three (3) business day lead time to obtain a Certificate of Origin.
