Geometric

Geometric patterns have existed since the inception of art itself and were integral in the birth of Flavor Paper. Ted’s devotion to repeating simple shapes led to many great patterns, some repeating to point of psychedelia, but representing the genre perfectly.

The geometric styles represented here range from the basic stripes of Ribbon Candy, to the strong Navajo blanket pattern of Highway 66, to the loose floating bubbles that make up Bubbly. In any case, a Flavor Paper geometric relies on a series of basic shapes to create a much deeper and more elaborate pattern that can summon a solid 70’s vibe – Ziggy Diamond, Cycloid, or Circuit, an Art Deco dramatic effect – Stanley or Vapor, to the Chinese feel of Terminal. Clever mod Mustachio will give you a 60’s vibe via lip ticklers. If you want to go way out, Pleasure Dome, Mirage, Tunnel Vision, Fishnet and Aster Space can take you there!

Process

Flavor Paper produces wallpaper by hand screened and digital printing, sometimes both for special projects.

All aspects of production are in-house, so we can maintain our exacting perfectionist standards. We use water based or eco-solvent inks to be as green as possible and only print on the finest materials. Flavor Paper quality is unsurpassed.

All Flavor Paper is produced to order, so you are free to interchange colors and grounds with handscreened wallpaper and can choose scale and colors for digital wallpaper. It’s your world. Get what you want.

Installation Guides

Wallpaper installation is a serious craft and it takes many years of practice and experience to become a master hanger. Flavor Paper prints on some finicky materials with confusing matches and layouts, so we HIGHLY recommend using a professional installer.

You can find a qualified local wallpaper installer through the National Guild of Professional Paperhangers.
