The Flavor Paper trademark, the trademark image of a lower case “f” overlapping a lower case “p” in a half tone both within a circle, and all other Flavor Paper related marks and logos, whether or not registered, displayed on the Website, as well as the domain name "flavorpaper.com," are and will remain the exclusive property of Flavor Paper. Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification or use of these trademarks for any purpose without prior, express agreement of Flavor Paper is prohibited.
You may not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice contained on the Website or any content contained therein. You may make a single copy of web pages published on the Website for your own private, personal and non-commercial use, provided that any copy of such web pages shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein.
You may only provide a link to the Website if expressly authorized in writing by Flavor Paper.
Limitation of Liability
Flavor Paper shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental special or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Website.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Flavor Paper does not guarantee or represent that: (i) the Website is free from viruses, worms, trojan horses or other malware or destructive material; and (ii) the information contained on the Website is accurate, complete or up to date.
The Website may contain technical inaccuracies or other defects; Flavor Paper does not guarantee that any such defects will be corrected. The Website and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Flavor Paper expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. The language of these Terms and Conditions of Use is English. In the event of a dispute, the Federal and State courts of the State of New York, County of New York, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court. Flavor Paper shall be entitled to seek and obtain injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its rights hereunder.

Samples are a representation of the print intended to aid in informing a purchasing decision. Not all aspects of a design may be represented in an individual sample and some may contain text or scaled images.
Current lead times can be found on individual item detail pages and will also be reflected in your cart and on your order summary and confirmation. Flavor Paper makes all of its products to order and as such lead times vary with demandand may change between the first time you view an item and the time you wish to place the order. All lead times are quoted from the date we receive your payment to the date your order is shipped. Rush fees may be available upon review with our production team and are subject to no less than a 30% rush fee. For lead time concerns, call before placing your order.
Returns and Refunds
As each item is made to order and unique, we do not accept returns. Please take extra care in confirming the ink color, ground choice, and quantity of your print prior to placing your order. If you realize you have made a mistake after ordering, please contact us directly within 5 business days at 718-422-0230. If your order has not been printed we can correct the mistake and make sure you get the corrected order processed.
For issues related to quality or if you believe you were not sent your full order, please contact us immeditately and we will do everything we can to remedy the issue as quickly as possible.
All orders will be shipped based on the selected method at the time of checkout. Because our product is made to order, Flavor Paper insures all packages for the invoiced value of the product which does add cost to shipping. While Flavor Paper guarantees the quality of our wallpaper and conducts a rigorous quality review before every package leaves our studio, occasionally packages are damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 718-422-0230 with any concerns or if you see physical damage to the package. We will ask for photos and will follow up with the shipper.
Flavor Paper does ship internationally however it is unable to quote specific duties and taxes at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are billed separately and directly by the shipper.
I understand I will be called when my order is ready if I selected pick-up as my deliver option, that sample orders placed after 3 PM will not be available for pick up until the following business day, and orders not picked up after 30 days may be repurposed.
Flavor Paper does not store your credit card information, however we do store your shipping and billing address information. We do not share this information with any third parties.
MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICING POLICY

Flavor Paper, Ltd. (“FP”) makes all of its products on-location, in Brooklyn, New York and is dedicated to promoting craftsmanship and the arts, along with providing purchasers of FP products with the finest products, painstakingly made. FP’s designs are either designed in-house or in collaboration with a number of artists who have chosen to work with FP, in part, because FP is a high-quality manufacturer and an outlet for creativity.
In order to achieve our goals, we believe it is important to empower our Resellers and Showrooms with proactive brand management. One way in which we do so for our Resellers and Showrooms is by protecting their investments, along with our brand identity, by setting forth and adhering to a Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (the “MAP Policy”). FP has established the MAP Policy recognizing the fact that Resellers’ and Showrooms’ advertising and sales practices that promote FP products primarily on the basis of price could be detrimental to Resellers’ and Showrooms’ service and support efforts, as well as FP’s brand image and reputation. Such activities could also allow some Resellers and Showrooms to take advantage of the service and support efforts of others. FP’s hope is that the MAP Policy will minimize these potential inequities.
“Advertise” or “Advertisement” means the public promotion through print or electronic means of FP products for sale, and includes but is not limited to advertising via websites (including all website pages other than the page where a transaction is consummated, including those that can be viewed after obtaining a membership or entering a login), social media, third-party marketplaces, mobile applications, general discussion boards, blogs, auction sites, newsletters, catalogs, text messages, Email, newspapers, ad flyers, circulars, apps, television, radio, facsimile, or at shelf.
“MAP” means Minimum Advertised Price and is the price that FP displays on its website for each product that it sells. Such prices are subject to change from time to time and without prior notice to any other person. MAP can be checked at any time by accessing FP’s website at www.flavorpaper.com and searching for the item in question. Such prices are the minimum price that may be listed on any Advertisement in order to comply with FP’s MAP Policy.
“MAP Products” are the products FP displays on its website.
“Resellers” are FP customers who purchase FP’s products to inventory for resale to designers and consumers, directly from FP.
“Showrooms” are FP affiliates who specify FP’s products to designers and consumers, on FP’s behalf.
Minimum Advertised Price Policy
FP has determined that it will not do business with any Reseller or Showroom, as to the products covered by this MAP Policy, if that Reseller or Showroom Advertises any MAP Product below its MAP. FP believes this MAP Policy will enhance its product offering and be of a substantial benefit to all of its customers, as a result of the increased transparency and incentives to invest in the brand directed to Resellers and Showrooms. Nevertheless, each Reseller and Showroom must independently decide whether to comply with the terms of this MAP Policy.
The MAP Policy is also listed on the FP website at www.flavorpaper.com/terms and is subject to change, without prior notice.
MAP Policy Terms
This MAP Policy is effective as of the date of its last revision, indicated in the header and/or the footer, and supersedes any previous advertised price policy. This MAP Policy does not constitute an agreement. FP does not require any Reseller or Showroom to agree to this MAP Policy, and FP does not solicit, nor will FP accept, any offer or agreement to comply or assurance of compliance with this MAP Policy.
This MAP Policy applies to all Advertisements of FP’s MAP Products. FP recognizes that third parties are free to make their own decisions to advertise and sell any FP product at any price they choose, without consulting or advising FP. Similarly, FP will exercise its right to make its own decisions regarding this MAP Policy (and interpretation and enforcement thereof), supplemental marketing materials, point-of-purchase displays, product allocations, new product availability, or future promotional, “MAP holiday,” joint marketing or sponsorship programs. This MAP Policy also applies to any activity which FP determines, in its sole discretion, is designed or intended to circumvent the intent of this MAP Policy.
For the avoidance of doubt, it shall not be a violation of this MAP Policy to Advertise in general that the Reseller or Showroom has “the lowest prices” or will match or beat competitors’ prices, or to use similar phrases, so long as the Reseller or Showroom does not include any Advertised price below MAP and otherwise complies with this MAP Policy.
This MAP Policy applies only to Advertised prices and does not apply to the prices at which MAP Products are actually sold. Each Reseller and Showroom is free to determine its own sales prices for the MAP Products.
FP, in its sole discretion, will interpret and apply this MAP Policy as FP deems appropriate.
This MAP Policy is non-negotiable and will not be altered for any individual Reseller or Showroom. No FP sales representative, customer service representative or other FP employee is authorized to accept assurances of compliance with, grant exceptions to, or otherwise interpret this MAP Policy. Nothing in this MAP Policy prevents FP, in its sole discretion, from ceasing shipments of MAP Products or any other products to any Reseller or Showroom who conducts business in a manner inconsistent with this MAP Policy, or for any other reason. Any such enforcement of this MAP Policy will be taken in FP’s sole discretion and is not subject to negotiation.

PLEASE READ CARFULLY, THIS LIMITS OUR LIABILITY
Flavor Paper warrants (this “Warranty”) that for a period of three (3) years from the date of sale of any wallcovering product (“Product”) manufactured by it, if properly installed, the Product shall be: 1) free of manufacturing defects, 2) shall not separate from its backing, and 3) shall not exhibit stains caused by ink “bleeding” or impurities in the substrate or ink.
For all purposes herein, “properly installed” shall mean installed by a professional or knowledgeable installer, in conformity with Flavor Paper’s installation instructions contained on our website at www.flavorpaper.com/wallpaper, with reference to the type of Product, or as provided in the shipment, on a structurally sound wall, which is free of any moisture infiltration or accumulation, and in compliance with the recommended surfaces indicated in the installation instructions.
This Warranty is not assignable, or transferable, and extends only to the purchaser of the Product. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER AND EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, COST, DEFECT OR DEFICIENCY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO: (a) accident, abuse, misuse or vandalism; (b) mold or mildew; (c) use of incompatible materials, accessories or supplies; (d) abnormal conditions of use, including use on walls subject to moisture infiltration or accumulation; (e) improper storage, handling,installation, or maintenance; (f) design, installation or construction defects and/or deficiencies of any kind or nature; (g) fire, flood or other acts, omissions, causes or events beyond Flavor Paper’s’ control; (h) wallcovering that has been altered by anyone other than Flavor Paper; or (i) any other loss, cost, damage, defect or deficiency not within the scope of this limited and exclusive warranty.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GIVEN BY FLAVOR PAPER WITH RESPECT TO THESE PRODUCTS. ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES CLAIMED TO ARISE FROM TRADE USAGE, CUSTOM OR COURSE OF DEALING.
IN NO EVENT WILL FLAVOR PAPER OR IT’S DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. THIS LIMITED AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY SHALL SUPERSEDE AND CONTROL ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND/OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL FLAVOR PAPER’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE AND/OR INVOICED VALUE OF THE PRODUCT.
Flavor Paper shall supply replacement products free of charge if Flavor Paper, in its sole discretion, determines upon inspection that the Product fails to conform to this warranty. The foregoing constitutes the SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for breach of this warranty. All claims made in connection with this Warranty must be submitted, in writing with photographs, to your supplier, within thirty (30) days after discovery of any alleged
defect covered by this Warranty, or within thirty (30) days of when discovery of any such defect should have, with reasonable diligence, been made. Flavor Paper shall then be provided a reasonable opportunity to examine the allegedly nonconforming Product and verify any such defect before its use or further processing. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE NOTICE PROVISIONS SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF ALL CLAIMS IN RESPECT THERETO.
