You will however, need to provide certain information, including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as certain financial information (such as your charge or credit card number) if you choose to purchase products offered on Website for the purposes of paying for the products you ordered, processing your order and ensuring accurate shipping. Any information you provide on the Website is processed in the U.S. and stored on our server in the U.S. 

You may choose to allow us to store this information in our customer database without taking any further action. You may also request by sending an e-mail to [email protected] that we delete your personal information at any time as soon as your order has been processed and delivered.

The “Flavor Burst” newsletter, provides you with the opportunity to receive information from us, which may be of interest to you, including information relating to our products and events. If you sign up for Flavor Burst but decide that you no longer wish to receive this information, or if you do not want to receive product information by e-mail, you may opt-out of further communications at any time by contacting us, either via email to [email protected] or by clicking the “contact” link on the Website.

Security

Flavor Paper has implemented security measures to protect the personal information you provide against unauthorized access and use. We do share your charge or credit card information with Stripe™ who processes all of payments made for products purchased on the Website.  Stripe™ complies with all PCI Security Standards in connection with the handling of your financial information.

Transactions conducted on the Website  are forced to use the HTTPS protocol, which encrypts traffic using the sites SSL certificate. This includes all cart pages, and the final checkout/payment form. Please be aware, however, that no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and any information disclosed online can potentially be collected and used by persons other than the intended recipient.

By using the Website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy reflects Flavor Paper’s current business practices, and is subject to change and update. Governing Law
