Andy Warhol had always been obsessed with fame, and the Mona Lisa has reigned supreme since 1503. Leonardo da Vinci’s painting premiered in NY in 1963, inspiring Andy to produce some of his earliest works for which he employed silkscreening to make multiples efficiently. Flavor Paper’s homage requires our artists to position and print five screens uniquely to achieve an intentionally varied and unique wallpaper and installation every time.
Halo is an ethereal colorway with pale metallic gold, taupe, light greige, and white prints on a pearlescent mica clay coated paper.
