Rock Candy was inspired by the 9,000-lb amethyst at the American Museum of Natural History in NYC. When you enter a space with this wallpaper, you feel like you've entered a giant gemstone with a million points of light and energy. We achieve this effect by layering hundreds of Amanda Wachob's tattoo ink splatters, which become sources of reflection.
Aura Fluorite is an impossibly colorful neutral colorway with a softened holographic substrate revealed through a silver background. Further splatters are printed in glittery color-shifting ink, adding dimensionality. Including aquamarine and fluorite powders add genuine crystal, subtly enhancing your surroundings and senses.
Interdisciplinary artist Amanda Wachob, known for bridging the gap between tattooing and fine art, created hundreds of unique ink splatters that we built into a multi-layered, textural jewel of a pattern. Amanda perfectly described the Rock Candy as a "sparkly galactic metaphysical wallpaper."
