With a lifelong love for interiors, Taylor has always been drawn to the way design can shape how we live, feel, and connect. Born and raised in Michigan, she studied Interior Design locally and began her career there, spending three years gaining hands-on experience in the field. Eager to explore new perspectives and creative opportunities, she made the move to Southern California, where she’s spent the last eight years broadening her experience and deepening her passion for the design trade.

In 2025, Taylor joined Flavor Paper, drawn to the company’s bold innovation and artistry in the wallpaper world. She brings a thoughtful eye, a collaborative spirit, and a curiosity that fuels her approach to every project.

Outside of work, Taylor is a proud dog mom to her Boxer, Rockit. She’s a devoted Harry Potter fan, a self-taught knitter, and finds joy in cooking and exploring new places. Whether she’s discovering hidden gems while traveling or crafting something cozy at home, she brings creativity and care to everything she does.

Ronda began her career in Textile Design after graduating from RISD. After working in the Contract Furnishings field for several years, she pivoted to High End Luxury Residential Sales beginning in New York City and later moved to Los Angeles. Over the past 20 years, she has had the opportunity to work on all sides of the business including design, customer service, production and sales. She thrives on partnering with designers to help them find creative solutions with our beautifully handcrafted items. Working with a company like Flavor Paper who values the art of large format handscreened wallpaper is the perfect match!

Currently, she lives in North Carolina. She enjoys exploring all the area has to offer from traveling to the beach, lakes, hiking trails and checking out the local art scene.

With a natural love for design and meaningful connection, Carrie Zhang brings a dynamic and multifaceted background to her work. She studied law and business before starting her career in luxury hospitality and real estate. She later found her way into the world of interiors, where her love for design, fashion, details, and working with people came together naturally.

Over the past eight years, Carrie has worked as an interior designer and in sales and project management roles, partnering with some of the most respected names in the design industry.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures and design inspirations, and finding the best local spots in any city she visits. Carrie calls both Seattle and Miami home, and you can often find her hanging out with her dogs on the beach.
